Macro bootstrap

macro_rules! bootstrap {
    ($ty:ty) => { ... };
}

Available on crate feature bootstrap only.

This macro can be used to integrate with the scuffle_bootstrap ecosystem.

This macro will implement the scuffle_bootstrap::config::ConfigParser trait for the given type. The generated implementation uses the parse_settings function to parse the settings.
